The Auto Shipping Process

Once you complete the quote form located to your right, you will receive a quote via email from our automated system. Look over the information and know that our customer service representatives are available to answer any questions you may have. If you decide that you are ready to place your order, simply follow the link located in your quote email to place your order online or call one of our transport specialists to place your order over the phone.

Once your order has been placed, our team immediately begins matching your vehicle to a truck that will meet your needs. You will receive an email notification as soon as your vehicle has been assigned to a truck. Within this email will be your estimated pickup and delivery dates. If these dates conflict with your schedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

On the day of pickup, you will be asked to participate in an inspection of the vehicle. The driver will mark down any damage, scratches and dents on a form called a bill of lading. You will be asked to participate in this inspection and sign the bill of lading at both the origin and destination. Your vehicle will then be loaded onto the car carrier and off it will go to your destination.

Please feel free to call us at any time during your transport for an up-to-date status of your shipment. Once the vehicle arrives at the destination, it will be unloaded and you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. Congratulations, your transport is now complete!
